You might be able to reset your operator but oftentimes, our operator brands don’t feature a reset button. With that being said, unplugging your operator and plugging it back in after 60 seconds may work as this allows the internal computer chip a chance to recycle its system.

Our torsion springs warranties cover one year for labor and five years on the spring itself. Warranties cover material and workmanship defects and begin on the same day of your service.

All garage door parts and accessories are covered for 90 days beginning on the day of service. Labor, meanwhile, is covered for 30 days.
